Free Shipping, Delivery & Insurance
Which shipment provider is used by My Diamond Ring?
All the orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders arrive within 24hrs and are insured by us until the parcel reaches your doorstep.
Is my item insured during shipping?
Yes. Insurance costs are included in the price. My Diamond Ring always insures and registers all shipped items for their full value during transit.
When will my order be delivered?
Depending on the production schedule of your item, your order will be delivered within 10 - 12 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified in the order. Public holidays extend the delivery time and lead to a postponement of delivery by two working days following the holiday.
If you have purchased one of our engagement ring models with a 1,20 ct central diamond or higher, your order is considered to be a special order. Shipping time will be communicated to you via email.
Can I get my order delivered to an address that is different than my billing address?
Yes.

What is My Diamond Ring's return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You will receive a full refund of all costs. The shipping costs for returns are borne by you.
Does My Diamond Ring pay for the return shipping?
If you would like to return an order to us, the costs for shipping are borne by you. However, once you communicate the tracking code, the parcel is automatically insured by My Diamond Ring.
My Diamond Ring will cover the shipping and insurance costs to your adress.
How can I return an item?
To return one of our products, please follow the following steps:
- Contact our customer service department, at office@mydiamondring.com and let us know in your email that you wish to return your purchase. This will act as a clear cancellation notice. This step is mandatory before sending the ring back to us.
- Follwing this first step, please organize the transport of the ring to us.
- Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx, UPS, post or DHL location and mail it back to us at the address stated above, in the "Contact us" section.
- Your order should arrive in our office within two working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date on which your email has been received. All refunds will be processed in the form of the original purchase method, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Lifetime "My Diamond Ring Guarantee"
What does the "My Diamond Ring Guarantee" include ?
- Annual prong tightening;
- Annual polishing;
- Annual rhodium plating and cleaning;

Is my item delivered to me free from any manufacturing defect?
Yes. We duly inspect all of our jewellery before shipping it to you. Hence, we guarantee that the delivered goods are free from defects at the time of delivery.

The lifetime "My Diamond Ring Guarantee" includes the following benefits, for free, for life!
- prong tightening once a year;
- re-polishing once a year;

What if I am in need of a service that is not covered by the "My Diamond Ring’s Lifetime Guarantee"?
You can mail us back your ring for evaluation. Upon arrival, it will be duly inspected and we will determine necessary repair works. Should charges apply for the repairs, you will be notified prior to any work being done.
How can I ship my ring back to you?
To benefit from the "My Diamond Ring’s Guarantee" or to send us your ring back for evaluation, please follow the following steps:
- Contact our customer service department, at office@mydiamondring.com and let us know in your email that you wish to benefit from our "My Diamond Ring’s Guarantee" or get your ring evaluated for repair. This step is mandatory before sending the ring back to us.
- Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and mail it back to us at the address stated above, in the "Contact us" section.
- Your order should arrive in our office within two working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
- We will then take care of your ring and ship it back to you.
Does My Diamond Ring pay for the shipping?
My Diamond Ring will cover the shipping costs. However, the costs for the return shipping from you to us (in case of returns or services) are to be borne by you.
Free Resizing & Engraving
What is My Diamond Ring´s engraving policy?
My Diamond Ring offers one free engraving on all of its engagement rings and wedding bands. Engravings can be a combination of any letter or number up to 20 characters in length and is available in bold or corsivo.
How can I get the ring resized or engraved?
To get your ring resized or engraved, please follow the following steps:
- Contact our customer service department, at office@mydiamondring.com and let us know in your email that you wish to get your ring resized and/or engraved. Please indicate in which size you wish the ring to get resized and/or which engraving you wish to have.
- You must then organize the transport of the ring to us. You are welcome to buy directly from us a Fedex mailing stamp/label, which will be sent to you via email.
- Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and mail it back to us at the address stated above, in the "Contact us" section
- Your order should arrive in our office within two working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
- As soon as we have resized your ring and/or engraved it, we will ship it back to you for free.
Lifetime Exchange
What is My Diamond Ring´s lifetime exchange policy?
Any diamond you have bought from us can be exchanged, forever, for its purchase price, for a larger diamond, as long as the exchanged diamond is undamaged and the new diamond is at least twice as expensive as the exchanged one.
Additional information
If you return a diamond without its original laboratory grading report, a 150 euro charge will apply to replace the certificate.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. All of our diamonds are conflict-free, in compliance with the International Kimberley Process.

Are any of your diamonds synthetic?
No. We work only with natural, untreated, GIA certified diamonds!
How often do you add diamonds to your inventory?
Daily.
What is the quality of the diamonds used in your jewellery?
The central diamond is chosen by you. You are free to choose whichever quality fits your taste and budget. As for the smaller diamonds, used in the shank or around the central stone, we use G-SI quality, which means the stones are white and free of visible inclusions.
Are your rings designed in-house?
Yes. We are a jewlry production business currently in the third generation. All engagement rings are designed in our workshop in Vienna, Austria.
Where are your rings produced?
Our engagement rings are produced in Austria, with high levels of craftmanship employed by experienced goldsmiths.

Orders
Can I order a ring with a diamond bigger than a 1 carat?
Yes. We display all of our models with a central diamond ranging from 0.25 carat to 1 carat but we sell diamonds above 1 carat as well. If you buy a diamond bigger than 1 carat, we will create the model you like so that it can accommodate the diamond you chose.
I selected a diamond but received an email telling me that my purchase offer had not been accepted. How so?
Our diamond inventory gets updated on a daily basis to remove the diamonds that have been bought by other customers. You may have selected a diamond which had actually already been bought by someone else.
That is why, when you click on the button "ORDER NOW" you only submit a binding purchase offer for the goods you have selected in the shopping cart. At this point, you will receive a first automatically generated email confirming that we have received your PURCHASE OFFER.
Your purchase offer then needs to be accepted by us for the contract to be concluded. The acceptance of the purchase offer is made by an additional email, in which the acceptance of your purchase is expressly confirmed.
If your purchase offer is not accepted, My Diamond Ring will automatically recommend you an alternative diamond, with similar characteristics and in the same price range.
If you choose not to accept it, your money will be returned in full immediately.
Can I purchase a diamond only?
No. All of our diamonds are to be bought with one of our engagement rings.
I already have a diamond and I would like to purchase one of your settings. Can you mount my diamond into one of your rings?
No. All of our ring settings are to be bought with one of the diamonds available on our website.

What are the payment options offered by My Diamond Ring?
We offer various payment options (including prepaid cash, bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or direct debit.) The payment method you can actually use is shown in the checkout.
