Scope of supply
Your order will be shipped in the high-quality My Diamond Ring shipping box, which includes
- Your ring in a high-quality ring box
- My Diamond Ring certificate
- GIA diamond certificate (What's that?)
- Velvet pouch for storing your ring (for all configurator rings)
- polishing cloth (for all configurator rings)
Shipping method
- Within Austria, we will ship your order via EMS shipping (arrival on next day)
- Outside of Austria, we will ship using FedEx, using the tariff International Economy
Delivery date
- Your ring will arrive 1-3 days after shipping
- If you would like your ring to arrive on a set date, please contact us.
Place of delivery
- If you would like to change the delivery location after placing your order, please contact us.
- For engagements, you may consider sending your ring to a close friend or relative – don't let the postman spoil the surprise!
Return shipping
- My Diamond Ring offers a 30 day return right with 100% money back guarantee. (A fee of 50€ will be charged in case your ring carries an engraving)
